The Mechanical Oil and Gas Division delivers specialized design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, and installation services for the oil and gas, petrochemical, energy, water, and industrial sectors. It executes complex projects across greenfield and brownfield sites, covering process skids, piping, steel structures, tanks, and heavy equipment installations for both onshore and offshore environments.

The Mechanical Oil and Gas Division plays a pivotal role in supporting the oil and gas, petrochemical, energy, water, and broader industrial sectors. Its expertise covers the full lifecycle of specialized projects, including advanced design and engineering, procurement of critical materials, and the fabrication, construction, and installation of complex systems. These systems range from process skids and piping networks to steel structures, tanks, and heavy equipment installations. The division is equipped to handle both greenfield projects (new developments) and brownfield projects (upgrades or modifications to existing facilities), delivering solutions for both onshore and offshore environments where precision, safety, and reliability are paramount.

Port Operations

Direct Port Loading

To support this work, Fabtech India Engineering Services operates a world-class fabrication facility in ICAD-III, spanning 100,000 square meters. This facility is certified by ASME and API, ensuring compliance with international standards for quality and safety. With its advanced infrastructure, the plant has the capacity to produce approximately 20,000 tons of structural steel annually, fabricate 300,000-inch diameters of pipe spools, and manufacture stamped ASME vessels.

These vessels are produced under a wide range of ASME certifications are including “U”, “U2”, “S”, “A”, “PP”, “R”, and “NB”, which cover pressure vessels, boilers, piping, and authorized metal repair. This breadth of certification demonstrates the company’s ability to deliver highly specialized and regulated products, reinforcing its reputation as a trusted partner in the energy and industrial construction sectors.
